4 Steps to a Higher Level Business

4 Steps to a Higher Level Business

We all were placed here for a unique reason:  to make a difference that only you can make.

Your contribution requires you to take a stand, to add value to the lives of others. Only then will you create the ultimate life that you are here to experience.

Below are four steps that help to create a higher level business.

1.  AWARENESS.  Too often I see business owners chasing another entrepreneur's outcomes. What works for one person does not mean that it is the right choice for you. To sustain growth, your business must have a solid foundation built on your core strengths. You must know what your core strengths are and align with them. These strengths must provide a solution to a problem your market longs to solve. Without an awareness and understanding of your value, you waste time and money. Become aware of your unique solution and learn to speak about it in benefit-rich language your market can hear.

Now, we can all improve our skill sets and they will give you a competitive advantage; however, you need to understand your true nature. These traits are inborn, not learned, and are directly linked to how we deal with stress, respond to conflict and deal with the need to make a decision. They are also important for you to understand how to maximize results you can receive in any area of your life–not just taking your business to the next level.

2.  DECISION.  You must be willing to take a stand and make some noise about your value. Hiding and going along with the status quo does not create six-figure businesses. Stand up, be seen and make a difference in others lives.  Making a difference requires being different. Most of us are playing it a little TOO safe. I have heard countless stories of entrepreneurs who decided not to go with the masses–to shake things up a bit–with the result being the most business growth that they had ever experienced.

3.  VULNERABILITY.  Be vulnerable. It is scary to stand out. Some people will not like you. So what? Do it anyway. Some people will love you.  Most importantly, you will do the work that only you are here to do and transform the lives of those people you are here to help.

4.  EXPANSION.  As you share your work from a higher level, following these first three steps, you will expand not only in the money in your bank account, but also in the contribution you make in the world. The more value you add to another person's life, the more your own life will grow. As you grow, you have more to contribute.

  1. Hello Rachel, I so wish my internet was up to par tonight so I could listen in to this TED talk, but it wont load for me 🙁

Well my friend your post makes so much sense, we all have something unique about us Huh. Something to share with others that no one else has..Yet it is not as easy as it sounds.

We are all programmed to go to school, get an education then go to work for someone else so when someone takes our JOB away from us,( As what happened to me) We have to start from step #1 and work on ourselves and figure out what this gift is that we have to give to the world.

Then as you have stated we need to work and improve these skill sets and this does mean getting out of our comfort zone and making some noise.

I just loved this post it really did my mind a whirling.. Thanks for sharing.. Have a Great Thanksgiving,.. Chery :))
